The IbnSina Health Capacity Building (IbnSina-HCaB) Programme has been initiated in early 2010. Within this framework, the Centre is organising short-term health training programmes regarding needs and capacities of the Ministries of Health in the member countries of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC). The Centre analyses these needs and capacities through the responses of the related surveys and sends health experts among these countries to perform the needed training programmes.

Main subjects of the IbnSina Health Capacity Building (IbnSina-HCaB) Programme are:

2. E-Health
3. Emergency/Disasters and Crisis Management
4. Infectious Diseases
5. Indicators

The Ankara Centre highly appreciates your valued cooperation and urges all Ministries of Health in the OIC Member Countries to participate in the IbnSina Health Capacity Building (IbnSina-HCaB) Programme in order to effectively plan and implement training programmes which will, no doubt, add to the specialisation efforts of experts in the OIC Member Countries in general and play an important role in the improvement of human capital in the Member Countries.
