 Given the important role that NGOs play in supporting institutions and strengthening social solidarity and civic participation, the OIC NGO Capacity Building Programme represents an important endeavour for the development of civil society in the OIC Countries. The programme has a vision to strengthen the overall capacities and enhance networking among NGOs in the member countries of the OIC. The programme applies a holistic approach of learning which incorporates provision of different levels of learning such as acquiring knowledge, acquiring skills, change of views, and change of behaviour.
