Monitoring and Advisory Committee is the apex body of the OIC-VET Programme responsible for drafting and adopting the rules and regulations, and for monitoring the overall implementation of the Programme. The membership comprises representatives from National Focal Points of Member Countries and OIC institutions in the field of vocational education and training, mainly SESRIC, IDB, ICCI, IUT and ICYF-DC.

The members of the Monitoring and Advisory Committee are:

• Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI)
• Islamic University of Technology (IUT)
