The Monitoring and Advisory Committee is the apex body of the OIC-VET Programme responsible for drafting and adopting the rules and regulations, and for monitoring the overall implementation of the Programme.

The Monitoring and Advisory Committee is composed of:

• National Focal Points of OIC Member Countries in the field of vocational education and training.
• Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Centre for Islamic Countries (SESRIC)
• Islamic Development Bank (IsDB)
• Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (ICCIA)
• Islamic University of Technology (IUT)
• Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF)
• The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (ICESCO)
